Who We Are
Parris Construction & Development, LLC (PCD) is a minority, woman-owned real estate development company that develops “infill” urban communities, taking row houses, mixed use, and multi-unit developments from inception to completion. Operating since 2007, its core capabilities include general contracting, demolition, rough and finished carpentry, drywall, and painting.
